WEBINAR

The Transition from Operational to Strategic Leadership

Ever found yourself drowning in the daily grind, losing sight of the bigger picture? You're not alone!

Many leaders, despite their best intentions, find themselves trapped in operational quicksand, missing out on game-changing strategic moves.

In this webinar, we dive deep into the heart of this challenge, uncovering the reasons even the best leaders sometimes get stuck in the weeds—and, most importantly, how YOU can rise above to lead with vision and purpose.

Speaker - James Ashton

James’ background has always centred on people, leadership and how they act when they’re at work.  He held several senior corporate roles, including being the head of learning at a life assurance company, and then later, head of operations of a South African bank.  After leaving the corporate world, he co-founded Omnicor and after twenty one years he and his wife, Cathy sold it to focus on a new organisation development business, operating across Africa and Europe.

James is a lead partner at Multiplex and is an expert in the field of individual and team change. He is a visiting lecturer and co-founder of a research syndicate in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Wits University where he and his colleagues explore how coaching can help scientists to become more entrepreneurial academics.

As an executive coach, James works with senior leaders across the world, creating significant personal and organisational change.
