Andrew is CEO of GROW Business Coaching, one of South Africa’s leading business coaching firms. Andrew puts energy behind ensuring that GROW lives out its purpose of unlocking the potential of the leaders and their teams that we coach so that they can build enduring, profitable, and impactful businesses.

No stranger to building businesses, Andrew’s first business was Antfarm, South Africa’s leading online audio and visual streaming company, which he sold to Dimension Data in 2014. He then became Executive Head of Cloud at Internet Solutions, a division of Dimension Data, managing an R1bn+ portfolio of services.

But his passion for entrepreneurship pulled him into GROW, where he is leading the growth of this dynamic business coaching firm. 
Andrew holds a BSc Elec Eng Honours degree from the Wits.

He serves on the Endeavor Mentorship panel supporting Endeavor’s high-impact Entrepreneurs.
